Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Friday — and Happy Thanksgiving weekend!

As I often do this time of year, I love reflecting on what has made this year meaningful—and you are a big part of that. Whether you’ve recently signed on as a client, commented on an impactful podcast episode, or simply read along with me in this newsletter, I’m grateful for your trust and the chance to walk alongside you.

This time of year always reminds me of the power of presence: presence with loved ones, presence in our work, presence in our values. That’s the spirit I hope you carry into the coming holiday season.

This week, I invite you to lean into:

  • Gratitude as energy — Naming what you’re thankful for can give clarity and drive.
  • Connection over perfection — It’s not about “doing it all right,” it’s about doing what matters with heart.
  • Rest as resistance — In a culture of hustle, choosing to rest is radical.

Questions of the Week

  1. What are three wins from this year — big or small — that you’re truly grateful for?
  2. How can you bring more “presence” into your business, even if it means slowing down or simplifying?
  3. What’s one restful, joy-filled thing you want to deliberately make space for during the holiday season?

Tool of the Week

“Gratitude Check‑In” — simple but powerful: take 5–10 minutes, ideally with a pen and paper, and list 5–10 things you’re grateful for — from clients, collaborators, lessons learned, to resources and unexpected blessings. Do this monthly (or weekly) to track what nourishes your business and spirit.

I hope your Thanksgiving is filled with warmth, community, and gentle reminders of what truly sustains you.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Best,

Brian
